The Grief First Aid (GFA) course provides the knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve formal accreditation. You will learn to safely recognise, understand and respond to adults navigating loss, ensuring they feel heard, respected and supported.
While 80% of grieving employees report feeling unsupported, this training equips you with the practical skills to step in early and effectively. Leaders leave ready to offer meaningful support that builds trust and keeps teams connected during challenging times.
By becoming a Grief First Aider, you play an important role in breaking the silence around grief.
Accreditation is awarded by GFA upon completing the training and short assessment.
Accredited Grief First Aider status is valid for three years, ensuring knowledge remains current.
Confidence when compassion matters most.
